Terms of Service

Last updated: August 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the IntakeMore website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

IntakeMore provides video production, digital marketing, and paid advertising management services exclusively to personal injury law firms. Specific service scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in a separate service agreement between IntakeMore and the client firm.

2. Not Legal Advice

IntakeMore is a marketing agency, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice, representation, or case evaluation of any kind.

3. No Guaranteed Results

Any figures, benchmarks, or examples referenced on this website (including lead volume, conversion rates, or signed-case estimates) are illustrative industry benchmarks only and do not constitute a guarantee of results. Actual performance varies based on market, ad spend, case type, creative, and intake execution.

4. Ad Spend

Advertising spend is paid directly by the client to the applicable ad platform (e.g., Meta) from an account owned by the client. IntakeMore does not take custody of client ad spend.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Subject to a signed service agreement, ad accounts, pixel data, audiences, and creative assets produced for a client firm are owned by that firm. This website and its content, including copy, design, and branding, remain the property of IntakeMore.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntakeMore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
